1. All users will have the full right to read messages in all forums, except for closed.

2. Users with Guest access are not allowed to post messages.

3. Registered users are entitled to write and publish surveys in any forum other than closed.

4. Etiquette:
Official Language Forum - Russian and English. Written on the forum is allowed by Russian / English or (if there are insurmountable difficulties), translit. Observe the rules of Russian / English. Avoid jargon. Otherwise case, the visitors forum might get the wrong opinion about your culture and education. Using profanity on forum is prohibited.

5. Naming users:
A valid format name (middle name may be used on request):

- First Name Last Name
- Last Name First Name

- First Name
- Last Name
Allowed addition to the name of an alias (nickname). Adding allowed after the name in brackets or quotation marks after the word aka.
Visitors to the forum, the whose registered name will not fall under the above rules will be blocked.

6. The forum is prohibited exchange of commercial software, licenses, keys, passwords, etc. Including a public inquiry on this kind of information and public response to the location of such information.
